The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, garment construction, quality check and packaging. Please allow a minimum one week as each product upon order is handmade.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the design studio to the destination. Tracking information and notifications will be sent to keep you updated. Signature will be required upon delivery.
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, a refund on the purchase price can be returned subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- Gift cards, personalised products, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.
